What you’ll be doing:
As a Community OT, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients live more independently and comfortably in their homes and communities.
You’ll support clients through:

• Functional assessments and ADL support
• Capacity building programs in home/community settings
• Home modifications and assistive technology prescription
• Neuro rehab (stroke, ABI, CP, progressive conditions)
• Client advocacy and care coordination across NDIS, Aged Care, DVA, and more

You'll work across a varied caseload including:

• NDIS
• Home Care Packages
• DVA
• Private Health
• Queensland Health (TCP & CRST)

Who we’re looking for:

You might be early in your OT career, or looking to level up – either way, we want passionate, curious, and community-focused professionals.
✔ Bachelor/master's in occupational therapy
✔ Current AHPRA registration & professional indemnity insurance
✔ NDIS experience a plus – but not essential
✔ Excellent communication and a real people-person
✔ Self-driven, team-focused, ready to make a difference
