We’re de Lacey Coffee Roasters, a family-owned specialty coffee roastery in Hobart, and we’re looking for a passionate, highly experienced barista to join our team.

Position Details

Role: Permanent Part-Time (negotiable to Casual)

Location: Our coffee roastery in Hobart

Hours: Monday to Wednesday, 7am–4pm (with potential for additional shifts)

What We’re Looking For

Exceptional barista skills with deep knowledge of coffee preparation and grinder calibration

Consistency in cup quality, even during busy service

Strong multitasking abilities and composure under pressure

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Friendly, positive attitude and team spirit
