About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled installer to join our growing team.

You’ll work alongside experienced professionals delivering high-quality installations of solar and battery systems—including Tesla Powerwalls and Enphase microinverter systems. This role offers the chance to grow, develop, and contribute meaningfully within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and commission solar and battery systems to the highest standards

Support and guide apprentices on-site

Accurately complete compliance paperwork and daily job documentation

Maintain Evo Solar’s safety and quality benchmarks across all job sites

Help manage stock levels and coordinate materials for upcoming jobs

Contribute to updating Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and work procedures

Ensure full compliance with relevant industry and safety standards

What You’ll Need

A Grade Electrical Licence (Victoria)

CEC Solar Design & Install Accreditation (battery endorsement highly regarded)

Valid Victorian driver’s licence

Experience with battery storage systems (preferred)

A strong focus on quality workmanship

Practical problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

A humble, professional approach when working with clients and teammates

Passion for renewable energy and a drive to make a difference
