About the role

Midcoastbrickwork' is seeking an experienced Bricklayer to join our growing team in Adelaide, SA. This is a casual position, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle. What you'll be doing

• Laying bricks, blocks and other masonry materials to construct walls, foundations, and other structures
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate construction
• Measuring, cutting, and shaping bricks and blocks to fit specific project requirements
• Ensuring the quality and structural integrity of the work performed
• Collaborating with other tradespeople to coordinate construction activities
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Bricklayer, with a strong understanding of building codes and construction standards
• Excellent physical stamina and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Comfortable working in a team environment and collaborating with other tradespeople
• Commitment to safety and a strong attention to detail
• A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
