About the role

AU Energy Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled A Grade Electrician to join our team in Melbourne. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the installation and servicing of solar systems and battery storage solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping homeowners and businesses transition to renewable energy and sustainable systems.

What you'll be doing

Carrying out electrical installations and maintenance of solar panels, and battery storage systems

Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with electrical systems

Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice

Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all work undertaken

Manage apprentices team onsite to complete work as a team.

What we're looking for

A valid A Grade Electrician's licence with experience in the installation and servicing of solar systems and battery storage

SAA certified Solar and Battery designer and installer.

Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, renewable energy technologies and relevant safety standards

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills

Customer-focused approach with the ability to provide clear explanations and recommendations to clients

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

A reliable and hardworking attitude with a focus on quality and safety
