Join the Broadway Burn Team – Where Fitness Meets Broadway!

At Broadway Burn, we combine the energy of musical theatre with fitness. Our classes are high-energy, feel-good workouts set to iconic show tunes — and we’re looking for confident, passionate Group Fitness Instructors to help us bring that magic to more people.

As a casual instructor, you’ll lead inclusive, music-driven classes that inspire participants of all fitness levels to move, sweat, and shine. You'll be supported with access to choreographed routines, training, and a strong community of like-minded instructors who value positivity, creativity, and connection.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has great energy and a genuine love for musical theatre

Is available Saturday mornings and some week nights

Can confidently lead a group fitness class (experience as a dance or group fitness instructor is a plus, but not essential)

Is passionate about creating a welcoming, inclusive space for all fitness levels

Knows how to motivate, uplift, and engage a class

Is reliable, professional, and committed to delivering a consistent class experience

Is comfortable learning choreography and cueing to music

Has (or is willing to obtain) a current WWCC and First Aid certification

Has a driver's licence

Preferred but not essential: Relevant fitness or dance qualifications such as Certificate III or IV in Fitness, or Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management.
