About You:

The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting individuals, couples and families on their mental health journey, with a strong commitment to trauma-informed care and professional development.

You will have:

A recognised qualification in your field (Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Counselling, OT, Mental Health etc.)

Current registration and insurance with the appropriate professional body (e.g., AHPRA, APS, AASW)

Experience working with a wide range of clients across different age groups and presenting issues or specialising in specific niche areas or modalities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-focused attitude

An ability to work independently, manage caseloads, and deliver evidence-based therapy

A desire to be part of a supportive, collaborative, and innovative team

Must hold a current blue card, yellow card and first aid and CPR certificate

Highly desired if you are registered with Medicare, NDIS, Workcover. If not, willingness to apply for registration due to the high number of these clients.
