Supervision: individual supervision, peer supervision and team supervision using a systemic framework.

1:1 line management meetings to support you with your caseload, processes and functioning with the team and workplace.
Involvement in referral allocation, based on your experience and passion.
Allocated time for admin which will vary depending on your experience.
Flexible working arrangements and hours. This includes working from home, setting your own work schedule and a mix of in person and Telehealth sessions.

The role
This role is for an Occupational Therapist (preferably 2+ years of experience, however we are willing to hear from you if you feel you are the right fit) with a passion for working with the LGBTIQAP+ and neurodivergent communities.
The successful applicant will be carrying out formal and informal assessment using a neurodiversity affirming approach. You will be able to formulate holistically and provide a range of supports to work towards client centred/family centred goals.
The successful applicant will understand the impact mental health has on a persons functioning and daily life.
The successful applicant will also have an interest or experience in working with neurodivergent, trans, gender diverse or non binary people.
You will be working within a multidisciplinary private practice.

Full Registration with AHPRA
The ability to obtain a Medicare provider number
