Mitchell + Beasley is the region’s leading full-service company preparing properties for sale—from styling and furniture hire to full internal and external refresh projects. We partner with both homeowners and real estate agents to present every property at its best and achieve standout sales results.

We’re currently looking for an experienced and reliable Property Stylist to join our growing team in a casual role with the potential for full-time employment for the right candidate. This is not a trainee or graduate position. Applicants must have industry experience in styling homes for sale and be confident working both as part of a team and autonomously onsite.

About the Role

· Style and stage homes for sale from initial planning through to final presentation

· Select furniture, art, and décor to create cohesive and appealing interiors

· Liaise professionally with both homeowners and real estate agents

· Coordinate and direct removalists during installs and pack-downs

· Manage the administration and execution of each install through to completion

· Capture styled projects and contribute to social media, case studies, and brand promotion

· Use CRM and job management software to track project timelines and job flow

· Support stocktake, warehouse organisation, and inventory management

· Help maintain a clean, functional, and efficient warehouse environment

What We’re Looking For

· Proven experience in residential property styling or home staging (minimum 6 months essential)

· A solid understanding of how to style properties for sale—not just for aesthetic appeal

· The ability to take ownership of your work and follow projects through independently

· Confidence working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Strong organisational and time management skills

· A friendly, professional manner with great client communication skills

· Familiarity with CRMs, booking systems, or job tracking tools

· A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

· Physical fitness and willingness to participate in furniture handling and installations

Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded)

· Photography and content creation for social media

· Experience developing styling case studies and marketing assets

· Demonstrated understanding of residential real estate requirements when preparing homes for sale

· Experience leading or coordinating small teams during fast-paced installs or pack-downs
