We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our Mount Gambier Centre. Our ECTs are vital in preparing and delivering a high quality education program, including a preschool program. A strong understanding of the EYLF and Reggio Emilia philosophy is essential.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

A Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching or recognised equivalent qualification.

Experience working as an ECT would be an advantage, we would consider applicants who are in the final stages of their ECT degree.

Outstanding knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework (NQF).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A strong understanding of technology and the ability to learn new platforms and programs.

Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

Exceptional organisation and time management skills.

A genuine passion for early childhood education and children's wellbeing and a commitment to continuous improvement.

We also require the successful candidate to hold current WWCC, RRHAN and First Aid Certification. A National Police Check will be required.
