About the role

Join Anytime Earth Movers pty ltd. as a full-time HR Tipper Driver based in Mermaid Beach, QLD. As an HR Tipper Driver, you will play a crucial role in the construction industry, operating heavy machinery to transport and distribute earthen materials across job sites. Must be competent in crash box (road ranger gearbox) and MUST be inducted on the gold coast light rail with john holland. This is essential to getting the job

What you'll be doing

Safely operate HR tipper trucks and other heavy machinery to load, transport and unload a range of earthen materials

Perform pre-start and post-work inspections on equipment to ensure roadworthiness and optimal performance

Adhere to all traffic regulations, safety protocols and company policies to protect yourself, your colleagues and the general public

Work collaboratively with site managers, labourers and other machinery operators to deliver materials efficiently and on time

Maintain detailed logs of your activities, equipment usage and any incidents or defects

Contribute to a positive and proactive team culture that prioritises safety and productivity

What we're looking for

Valid HR class driver's licence and demonstrated experience operating tipper trucks and other heavy plant equipment

Strong familiarity with construction site operations and a keen eye for safety

Excellent spatial awareness, problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure

Commitment to upholding all relevant safety standards and a proactive approach to risk mitigation

Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders
