We are looking for a Registered Nurse Advisor to join our team on a casual basis, three days per week. This is a day-shift role where you can choose the days you work, and school hours can be accommodated.

In this role, you will support our disability support team with advice, training and mentoring to ensure high-quality care for our clients.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work closely with service coordinators and support staff to strengthen clinical practices, develop health support plans where required and deliver training that promotes best-practice care.

About You

We’d love to hear from Registered Nurses who enjoy sharing their knowledge and supporting others to provide great care. Ideally, you will have:

* Nursing experience, preferably in disability or aged care

* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

* Experience in developing and delivering training

* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
