About The Role
With casual positions available here in the Sunshine Coast, we are looking for an outgoing and customer focused Driver Removalist to take on a varied role that requires you to be out and about in a different location each day, largely working unsupervised.

We are looking for someone to invest it, upskilling them to be a team leader, to be successful you’ll need to:

Master the fundamentals: Properly pack boxes, complete paperwork accurately, load trucks to prevent damage, and follow established procedures.

Demonstrate professionalism: Maintain a tidy appearance, show respect to others, consistently wear the uniform, and be punctual—while also demonstrating a strong desire to learn and grow.

Driver responsibilities: Operate the truck, lead a team, communicate effectively with clients, and resolve any issues that arise.

Key Requirements:

MR driver licence required

This role requires someone physically fit to handle the demands of lots of walking and moving large items

Keep a neat appearance and courteous demeanour

Self-motivated and dependable

Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to safety

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required

As part of the recruitment process, the successful candidate will be required to complete a National Police check. Employment will be subject to receiving a satisfactory result from this check.
