About the role

This role is an opportunity for you to hone your technical skills and gain real world experience in a dynamic environment while delivering great customer outcomes. Our IT Graduates gain experience across a variety of technologies and roles including help desk, customer service, infrastructure/networking, e-commerce, sales and application delivery establishing a strong operational foundation before establishing a longer term growth and development plan for your career in IT.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in vendor led training programs in core technologies and platforms.

This role is available for an immediate start and is based in our North Ryde office where you'll be able to interact with and collaborate with our team in person. The nearest train station is Macquarie Park.

Successful candidates will be screened and undertake a National Police Check at our cost prior to commencement.

As a graduate we expect you to have the following:

Right to work in Australia

A can-do attitude and willing to learn

Experience with Apple iOS and iPadOS

Experience with Microsoft Windows

A hunger to continuously improve yourself and actively contribute to internal improvement programs

Great punctuality and manners

Excellent written and spoken English

A logical approach to problem solving

A tertiary qualification in an information technology field at a Bachelor's level (or expected completion within 3 months).

Nice to have:

Possess a current Australian Drivers Licence
