La Porte Alchemy Garden Excellence is a landscape maintenance & soft landscaping business with a position now available for an experienced maintenance gardener. Operating in the inner suburbs of Brisbane, our high-end client base includes some of Brisbane's most prestigious residential properties. Providing premium level services, our focus is to ensure our clients receive exceptional customer service with consistent attention to detail, and that our staff have excellent working conditions with a great team culture. La Porte Alchemy is a referral only business and due to a growing waiting list of clients, we require more staff. We are offering an immediate start for those who are enthusiastic, physically fit, honest, reliable and respectful team players who enjoy working outdoors. Remuneration is as per the Gardening & Landscaping Award Casual Rates but is negotiable based on your level of qualifications, experience, and your range of abilities.

Qualifications, experience & attributes

Must have minimum 1+ year demonstrated experience operating a whipper snipper, pole hedger and lawn mower.

You are punctual & reliable with a sold work ethic, are approachable and have good communication skills with professional presentation and a positive attitude.

Show self-initiative and good judgement.

You have a current Driver Licence with your own means of transport.

A knowledge of plant, turf and tree species would be very advantageous.

Tasks & responsibilities

Maintain and enhance the appearance of lawns and gardens to the highest standard.

Perform routine gardening tasks such as lawn edging and mowing, hedging, shaping, weeding, planting and mulching.
