HillView Aged Care is a premier provider of residential aged care services with locations in Ashmore and Merrimac on the Gold Coast. Since opening our 40-bed residence in Ashmore in 1997, and our 134-bed architecturally designed residence in Merrimac in 2006, we have been dedicated to ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care with respect and compassion, in a comfortable, home-like environment.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Assistant Nurses (AIN) to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work across both of our Gold Coast residences. In this role, you will provide personalized care to our residents, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, effective, and individualized care to residents in line with their nursing care plans.
• Assist residents with daily activities such as showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, communication, eating, and mobility.
• Ensure all care is consistent with HillView Care’s mission of respect and compassion.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to support the well-being of our residents.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must have a Current Federal police check.
• Certificate III in Aged Care (or higher).
• Able to work across a 24/7 roster (AM, PM and Nights)
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Adaptable to change and enjoys working in a team environment.
• Previous experience as an AIN is preferred.
