As the Service Consultant you will be in a solution focused role that works collaboratively with service delivery to implement outstanding services for potential and existing clients within planning budgets.

This role works with a range of stakeholders to implement new service requests or make adjustments to existing services; gathering and assessing information to prepare and maintain service risk assessments, cost estimates and agreements.

Key duties

Liaise with appropriate internal stakeholders to develop appropriate quotes that meet the needs of potential clients and the organisation’s requirements.

Support regional teams to implement and maintain services that are consistent with CLA onboarding and change request procedures.

Maintain knowledge of NDIS price guide and processes and assess the impact of any changes on CLA clients, keep Finance & Administration Officers updated on all changes.

Work closely with the regional teams, clients, families, and support coordinators to gain accurate and timely information for completing our internal risk assessments.

Provide support to future-proof services by creating appropriate wait lists for service vacancies.

What we're looking for

Certificate IV in Disability, Community, Management, Social or Human Services, plus demonstrated knowledge competence/experience (including customer/client facing)

Experience with working with NDIS participants, and specifically SIL/complex clients supporting them to obtain the funding they require and enabling them to utilise their NDIS Plans to achieve their individual goals

Obtain and maintain a NDIS Worker Check and DHS Working with Children Check

A current Australian driver's licence and the ability to travel to regional services
