Ballandean Pharmacy (HealthyMed Pty Ltd) [is a part of other Pharmacies located in some parts of Australia] is seeking an experienced and qualified Pharmacist to join our team to provide care and services to the local community and nursing homes (we are currently taking care of approximately 100 beds of one nursing home and got an offer to look after other nursing homes of 70 beds). This role will suit a flexible, motivated and self-sufficient Pharmacist. Work alongside other Pharmacist and Pharmacy Assistants to benefit from the support of the team. What we are proposing:

Permanent position

Balanced Schedule: Enjoy a Monday to Friday (Opening 9am – Closing 5pm) with no weekends (unless emergency) or public holidays. Fulltime/ Part-time (If candidate need flexibility upon negotiation)

We will promote growth in your areas of interest

$40-$60 hourly rate, (A good remuneration package can be negotiated for the eligible and expertise pharmacist who want to advance their career in the area for long term and enjoy working as a team)

Relocation assistance can be negotiated

Key responsibilities:

Medication Dispensing and suppling professional services

Assist with dispensary workflow and allocation of tasks

Assist in managing the team delivering health services

Collaborating with multidisciplinary team of General Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners and other Health Professionals to ensure appropriate and safe provision of medications

Requirements:

Current Registration with AHPRA and authorised to work in Australia

Accreditation in Medication Review. (preferred but not necessary)

Community pharmacy/ Nursing Home experience is preferred but not necessary

3hrs drive from Brisbane, 2.5hrs drive from Armadale and 1 hr drive from Warwick
