We employ passionate, fun & committed Speech Pathologists to work with children with a wide variety of developmental & learning needs aged from 0 to 18 years. Our services are provided either in our well-resourced clinics in Elizabeth Downs & Christie Downs or within schools, preschools or homes & include individual & group therapy.

About you - We would love to add another enthusiastic senior speech pathologist to our team of - manager, team leaders and seniors. As a senior team, we provide support to all of our clinicians on a day to day basis as well as comprehensive clinical mentoring and student clinical placement supervision for our local universities. You will be committed ongoing professional development and have a range of experiences in providing quality assessment and intervention supports to a range of clinical presentations. You may even have a particular area of interest! There are also a range of other opportunities within the team that might be of interest to you such as running report writing workshops or being a part of social media team. Most importantly, you will be open to growth, development and learning!

Regardless of if you are only starting out as a senior clinician or have been in this space for a number of years wanting to take the next step as a Team Leader, we'd love to hear from you and continue the journey with you!

Clinical Management who are on the floor with our clients every week.

Fortnightly formal 1:1 clinical mentoring sessions with Senior clinician or Manager

Fortnightly whole team clinical development meetings. Recent topics have been presented by both guest speakers and our clinicians around Neurodiversity Affirming Practice, Teaching Grammatical Structures, PDA and Restrictive Practice.

Daily availability for support from management & the wider clinical team.

Incredible Admin support, so you can focus on your sessions, not booking them in.

Explore a wide ranging caseload, including language development, clarity, fluency, voice disorders, AAC, social skills and early literacy.

Work in a Multidisciplinary team that is supportive and likes to have fun.

Calendars that have additional administration time allocated.

$1000 a year PD allowance plus paid training days

Provided with all the resources you will need - iPhone, laptop, mobile therapy resource pack for school services, extensive range of clinic-based resources

Quarterly staff events, with 2 large events each year with our sister company MPOT. In the past we have tried our hand at Holey Moley and the Hijinx Hotel. We also enjoy a good dance floor!
