About the role

The company is looking for an experienced Driver and Personal Assistant to join our healthcare team in Melbourne and the region. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality driving and administrative support to our executives. The successful candidate will be based in our Melbourne but the commute daily will be to the region for 3-4 days a week and must be available to work a flexible schedule as required.

What you'll be doing

Driving our executives to scheduled daily workplace in a safe and timely manner

Providing exceptional customer service and acting as a brand ambassador for the company

Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, travel booking, and expense management as well as participating in an administrative role within the core health business

Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the company vehicles

Responding to ad-hoc requests from executives in a professional and discreet manner

What we're looking for

A minimum of 2 years' experience as a professional driver or personal assistant

A clean driving record and the ability to obtain a Victorian driver's licence

Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanour

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Proficiency in using office productivity software.

Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality
