About the Role
As an agency AIN with WorkPac, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work across a variety of aged care facilities in the Tweed Heads area. Whether you're after morning, afternoon, or night shifts, we'll match you with opportunities that align with your preferences, availability, and skill set.

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to residents, with the ongoing support of our dedicated recruitment and allocations team. Plus, managing your schedule is simple with our easy-to-use app — helping you balance work with your lifestyle.

What You Will Be Doing

Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

Supporting mobility and transfers (using hoists, wheelchairs, or walking aids)

Assisting with meal preparation and feeding

Observing and reporting changes in patient conditions

Providing emotional support and companionship

What You Will Need

• Paid work experience (minimum 3 months paid experience in Australia)
• Current CPR
• National Police Clearance
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• Vaccine Preventable Checklist (applicable to hospitals only)
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to different locations for shifts
