Falcon Group is made up of several specialised businesses working across cranes, fabrication, and construction. At Falcon Fabrication, we support the group by delivering high-quality builds that keep the industry moving.

We’re currently looking for an experienced Boilermaker to join the team. You’ll work on a variety of interesting projects — not just repetitive work — with a good crew in a clean, well-run workshop.

What You’ll Be Doing

Fabricating and welding crane booms, jibs, structural steel, and custom components

Working with CNC equipment — laser cutting and AutoCAD experience are an advantage

Producing MIG welds on structural and pressure pipework

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

Supporting workshop and field-based work across Brisbane

Completing relevant documentation including weld logs and material traceability

You Bring

Boilermaker Trade Qualification (minimum 5 years’ experience preferred)

Forklift Licence (FL) is essential; DG (Dogging), RB (Rigging Basic), CN (Non-Slew Crane), and C6 (Slewing up to 60T) tickets are a strong advantage

A solid understanding of WPS and NDT standards

A strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

White Card required; Confined Space, Working at Heights, and EWP tickets are valued

A reliable, practical attitude and willingness to contribute to the team
