We are currently seeking a compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team providing personal care to our clients.

The following opportunities include:

Up to 20 hours per week with flexible days and the possibility of weekends – either am or pm shifts

$34.40 per hour plus super

Salary packaging up to $18,550 per annum - resulting in less tax and higher take home pay for you

Peace of mind knowing there are no ‘on call’ or night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Provide industry leading care and domestic assistance services to our clients in their own homes, ensuring their days are filled with smiles

Respond promptly to client needs

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation

About You

Home Care Workers: a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) is required

Current Drivers License and registered car with comprehensive insurance

A kind heart and genuine interest in helping older persons

A commitment to quality care and service

Be reliable, adaptable and accountable

Act with humility, integrity, respect and understanding

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A desire to work independently as part of a dynamic and flexible team

Be available to work morning and afternoon shifts
