Are you an experienced HVAC installer ready to lead projects and take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Commercial HVAC Installer to join our team and deliver high-quality HVAC installations across Melbourne.

🔧 About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position working on a wide variety of projects, including:
- Schools
- Pavilions
- Shop and office fit-outs
- High-end residential
- Specialized government facilities

You’ll be working independently, managing on-site installations and overseeing an apprentice, while collaborating closely with our Operations Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

✅ What You’ll Need

- Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (Essential)
- Restricted Electrical License and Refrigerant Handling License
- Valid Working With Children Check, Industry White card and EWP
- Minimum 8 years' experience in commercial HVAC installations
- Minimum 2 years' experience running commercial projects
- Ability to manage small projects independently from start to finish
- Experience supervising and mentoring apprentices
- Strong communication skills and a professional work ethic
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality HVAC work
