Your role

All aspects of tree work including climbing or working from an EWP and dismantling and pruning trees

Transport, operate and maintain our fleet of machines, including a 5T excavator, an articulated loader, a stump grinder, a Spiderlift, etc.

Process and deliver firewood and wood chips.

Mandatory Qualifications - Do not apply if you do not hold the following:

Right to work in Australia

Chainsaw ticket

Construction Induction Card (White Card)

High level of fitness

Manual Car License

Desirable Qualifications:

Certificate III in Arboriculture (or overseas equivalent)

Chainsaw experience

Medium Rigid manual truck licence or above

Tree climbing experience

EWP High Risk Work Licence

Interest in mechanics

First Aid Ticket

Traffic Management ticket

Working with Children Check

Colac Trees is also registered to sponsor overseas candidates or to employ backpackers under the Working Holiday Maker program who are in Australia under visa subclass 417 and 462. We are able to provide the minimum 88-179 days of specified work to validate your stay for your second or third working holiday visa.

Rates are negotiable depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
