Flat $52 per hour for every hour worked – 38‑hour week, no overtime loadings.

Premium‑only product stack – Avigilon, Hanwha, Ajax, Inner Range; we do not sell Chinese solutions.

Your choice if you wish to commission the systems or leave it for the techs, we'll align to your preference.

Today: ≈ 70 % premium residential / 30 % commercial installations.

Tomorrow: Commercial share will hit 70 % as we scale through 2026.

Day‑to‑day expectations

Pull, dress and label structured cabling with impeccable presentation.

Mount, align and commission cameras, detectors and access devices.

Keep every site organised, safe and spotless.

Record all time entries, materials and detailed job notes in D‑Tools (our cloud project platform).

Lead by example—set workmanship standards, coach junior installers and coordinate with project managers.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience: present professionally, communicate clearly and leave every client smiling.

What you’ll bring

QLD Security licence (Class 1 & 2) and open/structured cabling licence with fibre endorsements.

Your own standard tools of trade; ProCCTV supplies specialist testers and commissioning gear.

3 + years’ installation experience with a reputation for neat work and superb customer service.

White Card, manual driver’s licence & EWP ticket mandatory.

Personal pride in spotless job‑sites, polished presentation and proactive client communication.
