About this opportunity:

This position will work as part of the Mackay Regional Council Portfolio Management Office Program to assist with the delivery of the projects including the planning, design and construction phases of projects. Under direction, this position will provide assistance to the nominated Project Manager to deliver effective and efficient infrastructure to the residents of Mackay consistent with the Corporate and Operational Plans of Council.

Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Undertaking tertiary studies in the Engineering field from a recognised university and/or qualifications acceptable for student membership of the Institution of Engineers Australia.
• QLD "C" Class Drivers Licence or interstate equivalent.
