2024 national and state winners, Mariners Ristorante is on the hunt for professional Restaurant Food & Beverage enthusiasts with bright personalities to join our team as we continue to grow our food & beverage operations.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and attentive table service to customers in our restaurant

Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner

Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area and service stations

Handling cash and card payments with accuracy

Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns promptly

Supporting the broader operations of the restaurant as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-years table service experience in a restaurant or a café, preferably more

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Basic food & wine knowledge.

RSA certification essential

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Must have own transport (some shifts may have late finishes) and perform opening/closing of the venue

A positive, friendly and professional attitude
