We’re bringing 7-Eleven to Geraldton, WA — and this is your chance to lead the launch of our very first store in the region, opening late October to early November 2025.
We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Store Manager to lead our brand-new corporate-owned store and make it a local favourite from the very first Slurpee poured.

$73,537 base salary + 12% Superannuation + Bonus eligibility

The right candidate will have:
Passion and excitement for customer service
Fast-paced leadership experience with a lead by example approach (willing to get your hands dirty!)
Enthusiasm and ability to coach and motivate your team to succeed in an ever-changing environment
Strong communication and influencing skills

As part of our recruitment process, you will be required to complete an online assessment.
