ITIL Knowledge/IT Risk control/Infrastructure & application life cycle Management

IT operations background

Have experience in Infrastructure Application life cycle Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Vendor Management, Asset Management, Deployment and Release Management.

Proven experience in improving MTTR, application monitoring & logging tools, service management using ServiceNow or equivalent ITIL tools.

Proven experience in ITIL, Life Cycle management, asset maintenance and tech debt management and execution in alignment with cross IT functions

Developing engineering capability and effectiveness in a team while also managing executive level stakeholders at the same time

Strong history in support/operations with hands on L2 and L3 application support
