The Role:

Our global client is seeking an experienced Senior SOC Analyst who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical skills, strong investigative instincts, and the ability to work without relying on toolkits—just logs, sharp thinking, and a drive to uncover threats.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in large-scale SOC environments, ideally with exposure to web hosting, forensics, and threat hunting across Linux and Windows systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual investigations with minimal reliance on tooling — reading logs, writing passes, and identifying IOCs/attack paths from scratch.

Engage in threat hunting across diverse environments including Linux and Windows.

Conduct forensic investigations, including file analysis, memory inspection, and log correlation.

Quickly adapt to the environment and start contributing from day one.

Work closely with security teams to provide insight into incident response and threat patterns.

Leverage any prior experience with Chronicle and SentinelOne, or similar platforms

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a large SOC

Strong understanding of web hosting environments — ideally at a mid-senior level is a plus

Hands-on forensics experience (manual log analysis, system triage, root cause identification) is a plus

Threat hunting experience across Linux and Windows platforms

Knowledge of Python or other scripting/coding languages

Ability to analyze security events without pre-configured tools

Exposure to tools such as Chronicle, SentinelOne, and Tenium (preferred)
