Nature Concrete Co is looking for an experienced concreter to join our growing team. We’re a family-owned business servicing Brisbane and surrounding areas, and we take pride in delivering top-quality work with a supportive and positive team culture.

What We’re Looking For

Strong placement and finishing skills

Confident screeding, trowelling, edging, and finishing to a high standard

Experience with exposed aggregate, coloured, and plain concrete

Knowledge of formwork and steel fixing

Competent with concrete tools and equipment

Understanding of curing and sealing processes

High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team

White Card (Construction Induction)

Own reliable transport

Punctual, dependable, and a great communicator

Strong focus on safety and maintaining a clean site

Enthusiastic, can-do attitude with initiative

A true team player who thrives in a hardworking, supportive crew
