We’re seeking a passionate and experienced educator to lead our Busy Bees room, working with curious, capable 4–5-year-olds at our established 86-place Southern River service. This is the perfect opportunity for a creative, confident leader to make a lasting impact in the lead-up to school.

About the Role

In this leadership role, you’ll guide a team of educators, foster school-readiness, and bring intentional teaching and inquiry-based learning to life. You'll collaborate with families and peers to create a meaningful, engaging program that supports each child’s growth and confidence.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Early Childhood Teachers encouraged to apply)

Minimum 4 days availability across our operating hours

Experience leading a room in an Early Learning setting (essential)

A passion for child-led, inquiry-based practice

Current WA Working with Children Check

Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)

Full Australian working rights
