Mechanical Technician / LV Diesel Mechanic - FIFO Immediate Start
Roster: 8&6 Roster from Perth
Rate: $65 plus super per hour
Engagement: Ongoing Contract
Hours: 8.5 hours on flight days, 12 hour days otherwise
What you'll have:
Mechanical trade cert
Police clearance in the last 12 months
Be clean shaven for a mask fitting
Ability to undergo pre employment medical
Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year previous experience working in mining/resources
Experience servicing/repairs on Toyotas - HiLux and Prados desirable
Experience servicing/repairs on mobile plant/equipment/machinery (generators/bobcats/small excavators etc)
Ability and willingness to complete JHA/risk assessments on a daily basis
Prior experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) (preferably SAP)
Additional desirable skills/qualifications...
Vehicle aircon repair licence
Experience working on small trucks
HR truck licence
Any machinery tickets (forklift, skid steer, I.T loader, excavator, EWP)
