Video Producer (Brisbane HQ) – Shoot, Edit, Travel the World
Full-time | Based in Brisbane office | Extensive national & international travel required from $80,000 PA depending on skills and experience

The Opportunity - You’ll own the end-to-end production cycle: from ideation and storyboards to shooting (photo + video) and editing through to colour, sound and delivery. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and clients, keep our gear shipshape, and make sure everything we publish hits our (and our clients’) high bar for quality. You’ll also need to be able to travel for long stints regularly. Airports will become familiar territory.
You’ll
Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video and photo content across diverse locations and industries.
Manage the entire production pipeline: pre‑prod concepts/scripts → on-location shoots → post (edit, grade, mix, deliver).
Develop creative treatments that nail the brief and meet the brand's needs.
Maintain, track and prep all cameras, lenses, lighting, audio and accessories. We provide the gear, and we expect you to take good care of it.
Follow our shoot plan, but adapt to conditions where required to pull off smooth on-site shoots.
Organise and manage our digital asset library for easy future use.
Stay on top of industry and AI-assisted editing trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Deliver on time, every time, without sacrificing quality.
You Bring (Mandatory skills)
Proven professional videography/production experience (show us your portfolio/showreel).
Strong camera/lighting/audio chops and mastery of edit suites like Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
Branding smarts: you know how to tell a story that strengthens a brand.
Excellent time management, communication and outstanding attention to detail
Comfort working outdoors/indoors in multiple locations and conditions, while still getting a great outcome.
Familiarity with emerging AI video tools (bonus points if you’ve already integrated them into your workflow).
Nice-to-haves
Degree in Film/Video or similar.
Drone cert/experience.
Motion graphics/After Effects skills.
Social video know-how (platform nuances, trends, optimisation).
Multi-lingual for travel ease.
VR experience any extra skills in this space.
The Non‑Negotiables
You must be able to work from our Brisbane office regularly.
You must be willing and able to travel extensively (domestic & international), sometimes on short notice.
