The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to step into a hot desk with over 120 established accounts. This is a high-performing desk packed with short-term, long-term and temp-to-perm roles across general labourers, skilled workers, and qualified carpenters.

You’ll work alongside million-dollar billers, get the backing of hands-on Directors, and plug into a brand with a proven track record in construction recruitment. We want someone who loves the hustle of labour hire and thrives off the success of winning new business in a competitive market.

Whether you’re chasing career progression into a Team Leader role, or just want to bill big and earn top dollars without managing people – we support both pathways.

Our office is based in a handy St Kilda location, with easy access to multiple pool cars so you can be out on-site visiting clients and workers. We don’t want you stuck behind a screen – we want you on-site, building real relationships.

We’re looking for:

Proven success in labour hire recruitment with industry knowledge and valuable client/candidate relationships

Previous experience running a fast-paced desk with consistent placement activity

Strong understanding of construction trades – carpenters, ticketed labourers, skilled workers

Hunger to win new business, service existing clients, and build long-term partnerships

Someone who thrives in the hustle, wants to bill big, and loves being out on-site, not stuck at a desk

Must have a valid driver's license for this position
