Elevate your impact in Brisbane or Cairns! We have both OT and Senior OT positions available
Are you ready to take the next step in your career while making a meaningful difference in the lives of adults?
Join a dynamic, values-led clinical team where your experience is recognised, your growth is supported, and your work truly matters.
Why This Role Stands Out
- Adult-Focused Caseloads: Work with clients aged 18+ living with injury, illness, or disability—no paediatrics or grad-level cases
- Hybrid Flexibility: Deliver care from home, in the community, or in a modern centre—build a week that suits your lifestyle
- Above-Award Salary + Bonuses: Competitive pay with incentives, plus paid professional development and support to advance your skills and relocation assistance
- Real Career Progression: Clear pathways into clinical leadership, supervision, or niche specialisation areas
- Strong Team Culture: Be part of a multidisciplinary, collaborative team with regular supervision, clinical coaching, and a positive environment
- Service Development Opportunities: Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and the future direction of adult services
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver strengths-based, evidence-informed OT services to adults with varying support needs
- Conduct functional assessments, prepare NDIS and clinical reports, and design person-centred interventions
- Collaborate with support coordinators, families, and clinical peers to achieve meaningful outcomes
- Supervise therapist assistants and contribute to mentoring junior staff (if applicable)
- Manage your caseload with autonomy, supported by robust admin systems and low compliance pressure
- Help drive service improvement, promote offerings across the community, and strengthen referral networks in your region
What You Bring to the Table
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist
- AHPRA registration and tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Experience working with adults under the NDIS, in disability, community, or private practice settings
- A confident, independent approach paired with excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Capability in managing functional assessments, report writing, and therapy planning across diverse adult presentations
- A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community visits
- Sponsorship for international candidates
Why You’ll Stay
This is more than just a job—it’s a career that works with your life, not against it. You’ll be supported, challenged, and celebrated for the value you bring.
Apply now to join a team where your experience isn’t just welcomed—it’s essential.
