Salon Captivate' is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager/Qualified Hairdresser to join our team in our Findon, SA salon. As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salon, managing a team of talented stylists, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all salon operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting

Provide hairdressing services to clients, including cutting, colouring, and styling hair

Ensure a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction

Mentor and train junior stylists to develop their skills and expertise

Maintain a clean, organised, and professional salon environment

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies

Monitor and report on salon performance, identifying areas for improvement

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar role

Qualifications in hairdressing or a related field

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Proficient in the use of salon software and point-of-sale systems

Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development
