About the Client

We are currently seeking experienced Mixers/Blenders for our valued client located in Altona North, VIC.

Position: Food Process Worker – Mixing/Blending

📍 Location: Altona North, VIC
💼 Shifts Available:

Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM — $31.19 per hour + super

Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM / 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM — $35.87 per hour + super

Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM — $37.12 per hour + super

Weekend work may also be available:

Saturday: $46.79 per hour

Sunday: $62.38 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Operate industrial mixing and blending equipment

Follow precise batch recipes and production guidelines

Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with food safety standards

Clean and maintain machines and work areas to meet hygiene requirements

Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues

Handle raw ingredients, including meat

Perform manual lifting of up to 30kg

Operate pallet wrapper and walkie stacker

What We’re Looking For

Experience in operating food mixing/blending machines is highly preferred

Previous experience in food manufacturing or a willingness to be trained

Keen eye for detail and commitment to product quality

Must have steel-capped boots

Solid understanding of food hygiene, HACCP, and quality control standards

Strong focus on workplace safety

Reliable transport and punctuality
