About the role

Bolt and Nut Australia is seeking another can do staff member to be part of our small but very busy online picking packing team at our warehouse in the Rivergate Marina, Murarrie, Queensland. Our warehouse is the heart of the action, and works when we have energetic, reliable, and eye for detail team members who keep things moving.

What you'll be doing:

· Picking online orders.

· Packing online orders.

· Replenishing warehouse packaging and stock levels for the next day.

· Helping to keep the picking packing area is always clean and safe for all staff.

What we're looking for:

· We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

· Strong attention to detail (a lot of our fasteners are small) and counting skills.

· You need to be able to be on your feet all day, walk up and down stairs across multiple buildings multiple times a day.

· Understands cut off times. Can keep your cool under pressure and manage competing priorities.

· Enjoy periods of working both on your own and then as part of a team as we work together to ensure orders are despatched before our cutoff.

· Previous experience in a warehousing role is preferred, ideally in the fastener industry or similar industries would be great but is not a prerequisite. Maybe you are working in retail and now looking for a role with less customer interaction (we do not have a retail shop or counter) and more peace during your day.
