Are you a motivated, energetic individual looking for ongoing work in a hands-on, team-oriented environment? We're on the lookout for reliable labourers, offsiders, and general hands to join established manufacturing sites in Padstow and Kingsgrove.

These are labour-focused roles supporting the movement and handling of heavy materials used in industries across Sydney Metro. You'll be working indoors and outdoors with a close-knit team.

✅ What You'll Be Doing

• Manual handling: lifting materials ranging from 10kg to 25kg, with assisted lifts available
• Pallet stacking & unstacking as needed
• General housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free workspace
• Assisting forklift drivers and truck drivers on site

📌 What You Need

• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25kg
• Full Australian working rights. (Must be able to work full time hours- view to permanency)
• A strong work ethic and team-first mindset
• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or trades highly regarded
• Full driver License highly regarded
