About the role

Tom Patterson Roofing Co is seeking an experienced and skilled Roof Plumber to join our team in Coffs Harbour, NSW. As a Roof Plumber, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of roofing systems for both residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a reputable company in the building trades industry.

What you'll be doing

Installing, maintaining, and repairing metal roofs

Troubleshooting and resolving roof-related issues, such as leaks, water damage, and structural problems

Reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate installation

Collaborating with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and electricians, to ensure seamless project completion

Adhering to all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

What we're looking for

Formal qualification as a licensed Roof Plumber, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the industry

Proficient in the installation, maintenance, and repair of metal roofs

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve roofing issues

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with technical drawings and specifications

Proven track record of working safely and in compliance with industry regulations

White Card & Working with Heights Certificate

Current Drivers Licence and ability to travel to various work sites

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other tradespeople
