We are a NEW authorised Container Refund Point for the Containers for Change Scheme in Caboolture "10 Cents Paid for your Containers' Our aim is to deliver outstanding customer service and processing containers quickly and efficiently.

The Role

We are seeking energetic, reliable, and community-minded team members to join our Caboolture site. Positions available include casual and school-based roles.

You’ll be welcoming customers, collecting, sorting, and counting containers, and playing a key part in Queensland’s Containers for Change Scheme.

If you love working with people, don’t mind rolling up your sleeves, getting your hands dirty and want to make a difference, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications & Experience

✅ Strong customer service skills – you’ll be helping customers and assisting with collecting containers from cars.
✅ Good organisational & time management skills – fast-paced environment.
✅ Willingness to help – many hands make light work! Be ready to get your hands dirty – this is recycling, and it can get messy!
✅ Team player – essential.
✅ Eye for detail – spotting opportunities to help customers and identifying WHS issues.
✅ Weekend work required (not every weekend).

Tasks & Responsibilities

♻️ Customer Service & Factory Floor Duties – receiving containers, sorting, counting (and more counting…). Lifting involved
♻️ Maintaining a clean & safe work environment for both customers and team members.
♻️ Customer obsessed – going the extra mile to ensure every customer has a great experience.
