About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you'll deliver high-quality care to clients in their homes. Your duties may include:

Medication administration and management

Wound care and clinical assessments

Health monitoring and chronic disease management

Documentation and care planning

Liaising with GPs, allied health professionals, and families

Supporting clients to maintain their independence and wellbeing

What We're Looking For

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Recent clinical experience, preferably in community or aged care

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

A compassionate and professional approach to care

Current First Aid and CPR certification

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Reliable transport and driver's licence
