About the Role
As a Speech Pathologist at Skills Connect, you will:
Assess and treat a range of communication needs across speech, language, and social communication
Deliver therapy in the clinic, schools, or community settings
Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and caregivers
Work closely with families, educators and multidisciplinary teams
Tailor therapy to your clients—no cookie-cutter programs here
Write meaningful, progress-driven reports (without the paperwork overload)
Participate in regular mentoring and professional development
You will also have the flexibility to tailor your caseload to suit your interests.

What We’re Looking For
Recognised Speech Pathology degree
Eligible for Speech Pathology Australia membership
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Organised, proactive, and a team player
Commitment to client-centred and evidence-based practice
Drivers licence and own transport preferred for community visits
