About the role

SNJ TRANSPORT SA' is seeking experienced MC/HC Tipper Drivers to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Burton SA 5110, this role will involve operating our Road Train and Quad tipper vehicles on both night and day shifts to transport quarry aggregate materials from various locations to the North and North East of Adelaide to Port Adelaide and Dry Creek areas.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating tipper trucks to transport a variety of materials

Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and roadworthiness as well as the Fit for Duty checklist via the Telematics Navman Tablet

Adhering to all road rules, traffic regulations and company policies and procedures

Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time

Maintaining a high level of professionalism and safety at all times

What we're looking for

Valid HC or MC driver's licence and Front End Loader ticket for self loading from some sites

Significant experience operating tipper trucks in a transportation or logistics environment

Strong knowledge of road rules and safety regulations

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Commitment to maintaining a high standard of work and attention to detail including Chain of Responsibilty obligations
