About the role

Concrete Sleeper Retaining Walls Brisbane is seeking a full-time Forklift Driver to join our team in Wacol, Queensland. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move and handle materials, products and equipment within our precast concrete manufacturing facility.

What you'll be doing

Operate forklifts to load, unload, move and stack materials, products and equipment

Ensure materials and products are transported and stored safely and securely

Perform pre-start checks and report any issues or maintenance requirements

Maintain accurate records of all movements and activities

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Support the wider warehouse and logistics team as needed

What we're looking for

Forklift Licence (LF) or equivalent

Minimum 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (desirable)
