We’re now looking for an Assistant Coordinator to help lead our Fitzroy service — someone who wants to feel connected, supported, and inspired by the work they do and the people they do it with.

What you’ll do:

Support the Coordinator to deliver a fun, safe, and inclusive Before & After School program

Help lead a small, passionate team of educators

Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school

Design hands-on, engaging activities based on children’s interests (from STEM to sport to arts and more)

Step into the Coordinator role when required, with support and guidance

About you

We’re looking for someone who leads with kindness, brings calm to the chaos, and sees the value in small moments. You’re probably the type of person who lights up when children remember your name — and you’re ready to take that next step into a leadership role that actually feels like one.

What we’re looking for:

OSHC or Early Years experience (leadership experience a bonus)

ACECQA-approved qualification (or currently studying toward one)

WWCC and First Aid/Anaphylaxis/Asthma/Child Protection training (or willing to obtain)

A warm, reliable team player who wants to make a difference

Someone who values relationships, equity, and responsive care
