This role is an opportunity for a lawyer with particular interest in civil litigation (motor vehicle property damage).

In addition, you will need to have prior experience in delivery of timely legal advice, mediation and negotiation, trial preparation, drafting various court documents and liaising with clients as well as all other stakeholders in litigation.
