About the Role

As our ECT, you’ll:

Lead and design engaging, play-based programs using the EYLF

Mentor educators and contribute to a strong team culture

Build strong relationships with families and the wider community

Champion excellence in education and child safety

Collaborate with leadership to implement best practice and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

NT Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Up to date First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications

Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and child development

Excellent communication and leadership skills

A positive, enthusiastic mindset and genuine passion for early learning
